Of Recovery

"The T.Y.L.A. staff is there talk, any day that they are open. I can just walk in and someone greets me with a smile and listens. Thanks a lot".

"T.Y.L.A. is a very courageous, understanding family, wit staff members who treat you as one of their own. They offer support and resources, and encourage a healthy, positive direction in life and for the future. Come join the family. T.Y.L.A. welcomes you with open arms and embracing hearts."
-A.T.

I have never lived in sobriety before. It was a whole new world to me and one that frightened me. The people at TYLA made it less scary and less alone. They showed me that I could live a different lilfe and achieve things that I never thought were possible.

The people at TYLA care about me as a person as well as a client. Every time I walk through the door I feel welcomed and at home. The classes, groups, and individual counseling I have received at TYLA, have greatly furthered my recovery.

TYLA has shown me a new way of life. When I leave my sessions at TYLA I am encouraged to continue on the path of recovery.

Cheryl and TYLA have been a part of my recovery a long time. I was clean and on the streets when the people at TYLA hooked meup with helpful recovery classes and a grant to pay for my housing, which gives me an opportunity to liik for work and work my steps without worrying about where I am going to sleep or if I'm in the best company. I'm accepted for who I am, a recovering drug addict and a child of God.

When I first came to Turn Your Life Around, I had a bad attitude toward recovery.  I had already been through programs before and still had a problem with addiction. At TYLA it was different; it is more like a caring family. I found the support I needed at TYLA, and I have finally found the road to recovery.
