Statement
The mission of Turn Your Life Around(T.Y.L.A.),
Inc. is to support, encourage, and empower homeless men and women
in sustaining their lives in recovery from drugs and alcohol. *** Turn Your Life Around, Inc.’s goal is to promote a
change in behavior in homeless men and women, and to break old patterns that may keep them from advancing in society. Many
of the individuals in our program need guidance in areas that will improve their chances of gaining a solid foundation in
life and obtain a drug free family living environment. We strive
to supply our clients with the tools needed to be able to sustain a lifestyle of sobriety and independence that provides a
self sufficient living for themselves and their family. Once an individual achieves recovery, has the resources to obtain
employment and is secure in housing, they are on the path to economic sustainability. We see men and women in recovery begin
the journey to success by focusing on the areas of their life that were not seen as important while in their addiction; children,
education and job skills.
